Job Description

• Source and procure materials, consumables and services in the most cost effective and time efficient manner per project said, ensuring sourcing is in line with commodity strategies and approved vendor list.
• Cost Benchmarking and RFQ analysis and propose the most cost competitive suppliers to meet business objectives per project said.
• Managing supplier relationships and agreements for purchasing materials, products and services meeting the company\'s objectives with regard to cost reduction, delivery times and quality and according to the company\'s business strategy.
• Participate in existing and new product Introduction to assure timely acquisition of materials to support new product launches and field requirements as well as the products financial objectives (pricing).
• Placing orders to support new product launches and ensure materials are delivered on time according to new product launches schedules.
• Handle administration of Purchase Requisition Requests, Purchase Orders and Supplier database in ERP systems.
• Developing market knowledge and contacts for new materials and services;
• Lead and participate in Supplier On-site audit with Quality team and drive Quality team on follow up on any corrective actions submitted by supplier till closure.
• Build/establish strategic relationships with key suppliers
• Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing process
• Identify, develop and deploy best practice supplier management, sourcing, procurement and supply chain practices
• Institutionalize procurement performance measures that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance
• Ensure compliance, cost savings and performance measures are established, tracked and achieved.
• Negotiating and agreeing contracts with suppliers and monitoring their progress with regard to service level.
• Develop suppliers strategy and maintain approved supplier list.
• Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances.

Job Requirements:Minimum diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3 years experience in procurement/sourcing in manufacturing, preferably metal stamping, plastic injection molding.Strong negotiation skills and meticulous. Positive attitude, extrovert people at different level. Multi-task ability and can work under tight dateline for RFQ, NPI project coordination.
