Procurement Executive / Parts Management Executive
to join our central operations team in Wangsa Maju.
Job Responsibilities
Handle
daily purchasing and inventory control
for automotive spare parts, lubricants, tires, and workshop supplies.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the
best price, quality, and delivery terms.
Monitor stock levels and ensure
timely replenishment
to support workshop operations.
Coordinate with branch service teams to fulfil urgent parts requirements.
Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices for accuracy.
Maintain proper stock records and support
monthly stock take
and reporting.
Work closely with the accounts team to ensure supplier payments and credit terms are up to date.
Support management in identifying new suppliers, cost-saving initiatives, and system improvements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum
3 years' experience
in automotive parts procurement, inventory, or store management.
Strong knowledge of car parts, tires, and lubricants preferred.
Good negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
Computer-literate (Excel, inventory system, AutoCount or equivalent).
Able to work independently and handle multiple branches' stock flow.
