Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Strong data entry skills with accuracy and attention to details
Good communication and negotiation skills
Driven, proactive and able to wokr under pressure
Detailed-oriented, organized and a team player with a positive attitude
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia ( Mandarin is and advantage )
Experience working in the manufacturing field will be an added advantage
Manage end-to-end procurement process ( Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Supplier Management )
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure cost saving
Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts and pricing data
Coordinate with internal departments to meet purchasing needs
Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance company policy

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
