Inventory Management
Observing whether the appropriate items have arrived and determining what needs to be reordered. Procurement administrators must be aware of low supplies so they can make purchase orders in advance of stock running out. Do Physical inventory count, receiving and issueing inventory.
GRN / PR / Stock Issue / Stock Transfer
Create system form for all the transactions. Filing of all documents according to Purchasing SOP/guidelines. Manage PR from Hostel team.
Resolve Order Problems / Warranty Claim
If issues arise with shipments or orders are incorrect or late, procurement administrators work with the supplier to resolve the issue. They build strong relationships with key contracts within these companies, working with them closely to fix problems as quickly as possible. Investigate receiving discrepancies. Handle supplier return / refund / warranty claim and etc.
Documentation
Procurement administrators perform inventory and administrative tasks like preparing and forwarding invoices, updating databases, filing, and organizing documents for accounts. They also provide additional administrative support for team members as needed. Monitor department e-mail and all return communications.
Team work
Work closely with Hostel Operational team and related internal department for Purchasing related work orders.
Requirements
The position requires a high level of independent thinking and communication. Good understanding of supply chain procedures. Hands-on experience with MySQL will be added advantage. Proficient in MS Word and Excel is a must. Knowledge of market research. Strong sense of urgency & attention to details. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month Benefits:
