Job requirements

  • Dioloma or Degere in any field of studty
  • SPM/STPM/SKM also ca be consider for Supervisory but must come with solid working experienced
  • Working experience in Purchasing or store
  • Computer literate. Good in Microsoft Words & Excel
  • Good communication (written & oral) in Mandarin as to communicate with China supplier, client and management
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include the following.
  • Responsible for raising Purchase Requisition
  • Data entry and filing paperwork (Managing documents & files)
  • Prepares required procurement reports
  • Maintain records related to job assigned
  • Providing customer service (Handling external & internal communication \xe2\x80\x93 staff & suppliers)
  • Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information and quotation
  • Processes invoices, checking delivery order before sending to account department for payment.
  • Performed multifaceted general office support.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
