Procurement Executive (engineering Background A Must)
Job Description
Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal
Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock
Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses
Research, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors
Ensure items purchased to meet the required standards and specifications
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating purchases for the best deals
Track Orders, ensure timely delivery, and review the quality of purchased product
Managing inventories and maintaining updated records of purchased products,
Delivery information and invoices
Maintaining & updating supplier information
Data Entry of required information into relevant database
Assisting in asset management
Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree / diploma in Mechanical Engineering a must
At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Executive Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors) Understanding & having the practical experience of supply chain procedures in purchasing the specialized equipment Good negotiation and networking skills are an advantage Must be Detail-oriented, with good analytical skills, good interpersonal abilities, and leadership qualities & adaptable team player willing to take on various tasks as neededJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
