Job Description

Understand the project work process. Review contract terms and identify possible risks or opportunities related to contract clauses. Support daily costing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Prepare regular reports and registers on time. Issue, record, and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers. Monitor and keep records of milestone completion and documents needed for payments according to contract requirements. Maintain proper filing systems (both soft copy and hard copy) to ensure effective document control and easy retrieval. Coordinate, prepare, and compile documents for tender submissions. Review incoming tenders and take note of important details such as due date, project start/end date, submission requirements, and mode of submission. Ensure all tender submissions follow the required format, font, logo, and customer requirements. Check e-Perolehan or other procurement systems daily for new tender notices. Prepare costing and quotations for each request. Attend meetings, review draft work/service orders, and update all correspondence related to contracts exchanged with clients, partners, subcontractors, vendors, or authorities. Liaise with all parties involved in projects, tenders, or contracts. Prepare and update weekly/monthly tender reports. Keep a database of all tenders and client information for future reference. Actively search for new tender and contract opportunities from both private companies and government departments. Able to cold-call and build networks through social media and other channels. Willing to travel outstation when required. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management. Male candidates are preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
