Procurement Executive (homestay)

Job Description

Responsibilities:



Handle sourcing, quotation, and purchasing of furniture, appliances, amenities, and maintenance supplies for homestay units. Negotiate prices and timelines with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance. Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment of housekeeping and operational items. Prepare purchase orders, payment requests, and maintain procurement records. Support delivery arrangements and ensure items arrive in good condition and on schedule. Assist with setup or refurbishment projects by coordinating with vendors and internal teams. Prepare simple procurement and cost reports for management.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in

Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Hospitality

.

1-2 years experience

in purchasing or operations (hospitality background preferred). Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
