Procurement Executive: We are looking for a strategic and resourceful Procurement Executive to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing quality materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, as well as the ability to accurately estimate stock requirements to avoid shortages during production.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
• Estimate stock requirements to ensure there are no shortages during production.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure goods are delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement activities.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and deliveries.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to accurately estimate stock requirements and prevent production shortages.
• Strong skills in liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Preferred: Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Preferred: Experience using ERP software.
• Preferred: Chinese-speaking.
