Job Summary: The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality ingredients, beverages, and other supplies essential to our operations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for various food and beverage products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and resolve any issues.
  • Purchasing and Order Management:
  • Place and manage purchase orders for required products and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Cost Management:
  • Adhere to budget constraints and seek opportunities for cost savings.
  • Analyze and compare supplier costs to optimize procurement expenses.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure all procured goods meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers promptly.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, pricing changes, and new products.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier communications.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, supplier metrics, and cost analysis.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide support for special events, promotions, and seasonal demand changes.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and supplier performance.
  • Technology Utilization:
  • Utilize procurement software and systems to manage orders, track supplier performance, and enhance efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics for informed decision-making and process improvement.
