What will you be engaged in?

• Evaluate and manage Purchase Request (PR) from all Business Units (BU)
• Develop sourcing strategy in-line with BU\'s requirements through market research, price analysis and other applicable methods
• Carry out all related procurement processes such as; quotation evaluation, price negotiation, Purchase Order (PO) issuance and etc
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and perform data analysis for reporting
• Support in Procurement Policy maintenance, education/advocation and compliance
• Ensures price competitiveness by maintaining pricing ledger ie Price Tracking & Monitoring
• Maintaining good supplier relationship and conducting vendor performance evaluation
• Carry out asset disposal activities and inventory management
• Support other ad-hoc project and procurement activities

In addition, you should ideally have the following;

• Preferably 1-2 years experience in procurement role. Experience in Automotive industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Automotive/Business Studies/Supply Chain/Economic and any other relevant course
• Proficient in Netsuite or other similar Procurement software and/or vendor management tools
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace Tools (Excel, Words, etc)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Keen attention to details
• Independent and self-starter
• Team player with a positive attitude and keen to work in a startup environment
• Have impeccable work attitude, willing to learn and do whatever it takes to get it done
• Embrace diversity and enjoy working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
