The Procurement Executive is responsible for developing and managing supplier partnerships based on the company's business and sales needs. This role involves formulating cooperation plans, establishing and maintaining supplier relationships, coordinating business collaborations, and ensuring smooth execution of procurement and commercial processes. The Procurement Executive also monitors ongoing business developments to ensure alignment with company objectives and supplier commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning & Strategy
Develop procurement and partnership plans according to company sales and operational requirements.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
Supplier Relationship Management
Establish and maintain effective communication and cooperation with suppliers and business partners.
Build and sustain long-term relationships to ensure stable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Business Cooperation & Negotiation
Conduct business discussions with suppliers to clarify mutual requirements, terms, and relevant policies.
Coordinate and negotiate pricing, service scope, and partnership terms to ensure business objectives are met.
Business Implementation Support
Assist in the execution of procurement and business initiatives, including contract preparation, commercial review, and policy compliance.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of business requirements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track and monitor supplier performance and business changes.
Prepare reports and provide feedback to management on procurement progress and partnership outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or business partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
