Procurement Executive

to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their purchasing team and play a crucial role in sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and optimizing costs.

Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers:

Identify, assess, and manage suppliers for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials, with a focus on injection molding and stamping-related items

Negotiate and contract:

Engage in price negotiations and contract signing to secure the best deals for the company

Manage orders:

Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance

Coordinate across departments:

Facilitate information and logistics flow between finance, purchasing, warehouse, production, and quality departments

Analyze and optimize:

Examine procurement data to improve costs and processes

Handle supplier relations:

Address supplier complaints, manage returns, and drive improvement initiatives

Additional Information/ Requirement:

Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Mechanical, Materials, or any relevant fields At least 3-5 years of purchasing experience, ideally in the injection molding or plastic industry Familiarity with supplier development, negotiation, and cost control techniques Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Office software and ERP systems
