Job Description

-Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management:

-Negotiate contracts, ensuring quality standards. -Develop and oversee the hotel\'s procurement budget. -Source goods/services, collaborating with internal departments. -Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance.

• Market Analysis and Risk Mitigation:

-Stay updated on market trends for cost-saving opportunities. -Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. -Ensure procurement activities comply with laws and regulations.

• Collaboration and Optimization:

-Collaborate with internal departments for effective communication. -Optimize inventory levels and implement continuous improvements.

• Supplier Evaluation and Relationship Building:

-Research and compare suppliers, selecting the most suitable ones. -Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoice issues with vendors. -Build and maintain positive long-term supplier relationships.

• Operational Management:

-Prepare and process purchase orders. -Maintain records of all transactions, receipts, and payments. -Schedule and verify purchase deliveries. -Manage daily operational purchasing needs, including planning and follow-up.

• Advisory Role:

-Advise internal and external stakeholders on purchasing terms.

• Performance Evaluation:

-Evaluate supplier performance based on organizational criteria.

• Versatile Duties:

Undertake any other necessary duties as assigned. Requirements: -Proven experience in hotel procurement or related field. -Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. -Analytical mindset with a focus on cost-efficiency. -Excellent communication and organizational abilities. -Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
