Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Procurement in Petaling Jaya. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement process of equipment, materials, and services that meet ME\'s requirements. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, issuing purchase orders, analyzing data, and communicating effectively with internal departments and suppliers to ensure that the procurement process runs efficiently. Qualifications Open for Malaysian citizenship is mandatory.. At least 5 years of experience in a Procurement role & and worked in EPCC,Oil & GAS,WTE or the Construction sector. Experience in supplier evaluation and selection A Degree or Diploma in Engineering is a must Strong negotiation skills. Ability to create and manage purchase orders Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers effectively Experience in creating Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents Experience in procurement for turnkey projects and knowledge of the energy, process, and petrochemical industries is desirable
