: * Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing building materials, price negotiation and delivery status.
Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing.
To coordinate with all related departments to achieve the plan target and schedule.
To ensure and practice a proper filing system.
To enquire and evaluate quotations from supplier
Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery
Issue PO and maintain systematic filing of PO
Matching invoice with DO & PO
To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time
Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, SQL system
Preferably at least 1-2 year(s) of related working experience in Construction Industry, with knowledge of purchasing building materials and managing vendors
Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin language for both spoken and written
Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin speaking counterparts
+ Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or other relevant field.+ Preference on Mandarin speaking staff but not necessary.+ Business accounting background is a plus but not required (e-invoicing & centralized procurement)
