Job Description

PRIMARY JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Placing and tracking orders.

2. Perform daily operations, price negotiation and sourcing.

3. Maintain and updated purchasing's records/data in the system.

4. Follow-up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.

5. Discuss with the supply base about minimum quantity orders and lead times.

6. Track orders and ensuring timely delivery.

7. Liaise with operation and warehouse team to ensure all products arrive in good condition.

8. Assist in monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.

9. Maintain updated records.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

2. At least 3 an above year of experiences.

3. Available to start work immediately is an advantage.

4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

5. Computer literate in Microsoft Excel & Word.

6. Able and willing to work in Damansara.

7. Have an Experience in F&B Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
