Monitor and manage the PO and delivery is on time.
Ensure the competitiveness of the company\'s direct materials \xe2\x80\x93packaging materials & services for production through negotiation with suppliers for best price, quality and services.
Provide sourcing supports for Company\'s New Product Development & launch programs together with Marketing, R&D, QA and Production departments & ensure the new product launching & commercialize is on time.
Collaborate with QAQC department to evaluate and recommend improvement program to develop vendors\' skills and ensure the quality is consistent.
Dealing and working closely with RA, Quality team & Planning team on the artwork related matter
Prepare monthly reports and monitor total purchase orders issued versus total delivered for cash flow improvement and avoid space congestion in the warehouse storage area.
Seek alternative sources for all single source direct materials \xe2\x80\x93 packaging materials.
Participate actively in self-inspection programmes organised by QA department and external audit.
Other task as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job requirement

Possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent fields
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 related working experience in purchasing / procurement preferably from pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG manufacturer or distributor.
Good analytical, numerical, problem-solving, negotiation, systematic thinking skills and inter-personal collaboration skills.
Strong proficiency / advanced Excel & Power Point skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, be well organized, take the initiative, be flexible, work well under pressure and produce accurate and timely work.
Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang
Possess own transport with valid driving license
