Job Description
Procurement Executive.
Our client is a well-established SG Manufacturer based in Nusajaya, Johor.
Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Precision Parts)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday
:
- Perform tactical purchasing activities, which include from obtain quotation, issue PR/PO, follow-up delivery till payment.
- Responsible for handling direct/indirect materials - Raw Material, Chemical, Packaging, MRO Parts, Facilities & Maintenance, Office Supplies and etc.
- Manage weekly/monthly forecast, incoming materials and reschedule/cancellation of PO.
- Material planning.
- Inventory control for direct materials.
- Follow up issue related to materials, which include quantity, quality, discrepancy, return and etc.
- Vendor performance management.
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in purchasing/procurement function, in manufacturing industry or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level or above.
- Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Junior levels are welcomed to apply for Procurement Officer position.
