Procurement Executive

Job Description

Job Scope:



- Source, compare, and evaluate quotations from local & overseas suppliers

- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors

- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and production teams

- Monitor stock levels and plan timely reordering

- Handle import/export documentation and liaise with forwarding agents

- Maintain and evaluate supplier database

- Conduct market research for better pricing and quality suppliers

- Ensure all purchases follow company policy and cost control

Requirements:

- Diploma or above; experience in procurement is a plus

- Good communication, negotiation & coordination skills

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel or any purchasing system

- Able to multitask and work under pressure

- Manufacturing environment experience is an added value

- Able to speak Chinese is an advantage

- Honest, responsible, and team player

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
