Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to meet the company's quality and delivery standards.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors.
2. Contract Negotiation
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Procurement Strategy Development
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities.
4. Performance Monitoring
Track and evaluate supplier performance using KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost, and quality.
Resolve supplier performance issues to maintain a smooth supply chain.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the Production, Finance, and Logistics departments to understand material requirements and timelines.
Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production operations.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 yearsof relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Chinese speaking preferred)*.
Key Skills:*
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems/software.
