Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Management

: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Negotiation

: Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and quality.

Purchasing Operations

: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.

Inventory Coordination

: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Compliance & Documentation

: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records.

Cost Optimization

: Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration

: Work closely with finance, operations, and production teams to align procurement with business needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
