: 1. To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with the suppliers. 2. To liaise and coordinate with Production Planners to ensure sufficient stock balance according to minimum stock level (MSL) 3. Prepare and issue PO to suppliers with relevant documents to support the purchase transaction 4. Obtain necessary approval for PO based on authorisation matrix in the absence of Procurement Manager 5. Monitor and follow up with suppliers on the delivery of goods and services 6. To ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory requirements such as custom department, MIDA and etc to avoid any hidden costs 7. To ensure proper documents of all purchases and it being recorded in ERP system 8. To submit complete documents (invoice, DO/PL, GRN, PO & etc) on timely basis to Account department 9. Prepare reports as and when required 10. Carry out any other tasks as and when required Job Requirement: 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. 2. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Supply Chain or Procurement or Purchasing related work. 3. Ability to effectively communicate in English and Malay both written and verbal; ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage. 4. Skilled in multi-tasking and flexible to adapt to changes. 5. Have sense of urgency, positive mind-set, self-initiative, passionate, and commitment to work responsibility. 6. Must have computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 7. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
