Job Description

Your new role:
Provide support and coordination for order management between suppliers and internal customers to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery. Responsible for product group planning and inventory management while reportingly monthly risk forecast which contributes to sales.

What you will be responsible to:

• Pro-active follow up shipment with Division and update system timely and accurately.
• Pro-active participate for conference call with Division when required.
• Ensure EDI are properly setup in system with Division to avoid duplicate, error during ordering.
• Maintain & ensure PPI data accuracy, S-LISC accuracy, proactive follow up with Division on backlog, frequent call setup, escalation when necessary.
• Ensure Invoice price vs system are always correct for accurate PPI & margin reporting.
• Propose & discuss with sales for Division with lower cost for better margin.
• Coordinate complaint with CS, Logistics, Warehouse & Division for any Inbound Logistics, packing issue, short supply & etc.
• Maintain & ensure Item Branch info - e.g., Lead time, Division, transfer price, AB part, ship mode, EDI issue & etc.
• Ensure risk report at B23 are accurate and timely, daily update saving for ordering (board split by MTD & daily)
• Access team member KPI and provide action plan or process to Customer Service Manager for Improvement
• Any new challenges for any new tasks / projects been assign.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Mandarin speaker, to communicate with their China counterparts.
• Diploma in respective fields
• Possess own transportation
