Job Description


The Job Your role as a Supply Chain Specialist at Aonic (Formerly Poladrone) is to manage all aspects of the supply chain and procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of supply chain management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies that align with business objectives and ensure that all materials and services are procured at the best value.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, products, and operations, to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with business needs.
  • Manage inventory levels and logistics, ensuring that all products and materials are delivered on time and in the required quantities.
  • Analyze supply chain data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring that they meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Provide regular reports on procurement and supply chain activities, as well as recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
  • Interest in the agriculture and drone industry
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile and cross borders environment
  • Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
  • Languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Open to learning new systems and programs ranging from inventory management system to POS system (experience using Unleashed software is a plus)
  • Curiosity and the right mindset to constantly strive for excellence is a must!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Stock Replenishment: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Procurement management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Inventory management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
