Job Details:
Position : On Time Delivery & Leadtime Specialist
Company Industry : Water & Petrochemical
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0800 hour to 1700)
Working Location : Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable basis)
Remuneration : Basic salary RM4,000 - RM7,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Bachelor\'s degree (or international equivalent) in an applicable or related field to Business Administration/Sourcing/Procurement/Supply Chain
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing of mechanical components (Pipes and fittings, pumps, blowers, fabrication) and site contractor management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with senior
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- SAP Knowledge
- Interface with suppliers to ensure PO is received/acknowledged, schedule received, and ship date is met.
- Interface with suppliers and Project team to update ever changing ongoing lead times to be used for future production planning purposes
- Expediting
- Ensure Master Data is accurate
- Support vendors or projects that are assigned
- Other tasks as assigned
