Job responsibilities :

Review purchase requisitions and verify budget availability before approval. Ensure all procurement activities comply with financial policies and procedures. Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents for Finance approval. Monitor and track procurement spending against project or departmental budgets. Assist in preparing monthly procurement expenditure reports and cost analysis. Coordinate with suppliers, Procurement, and Finance teams to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies. Liaise with other internal departments and the Finance team at HQ to ensure accurate financial documentation and timely processing. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and payment documents for audit purposes. Support budget forecasting and cost control initiatives related to procurement. Participate in supplier evaluation and quotation comparison from a financial perspective. Assist in other finance-related duties as assigned by the Team Lead of Procurement or Headquaters.
Skills and qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in finance, accounting, or procurement-related roles. Familiar with procurement processes, documentation flow, and financial verification. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent). Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively across departments and with HQ. Willing to work overtime or on off / rest days if required for meeting tight deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
