About the Role
The Procurement Intern will support various procurement and supply chain functions, including sourcing, vendor communication, purchase order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure into key areas of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers/ vendors and obtaining quotations for products and services.
• Support the evaluation and comparison of price quotes from suppliers/ vendors.
• Assist in evaluating performance and help maintain accurate vendor databases.
• Participate in supplier communications and relationship management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and reorder processes.
• Support daily procurement activities and ensure procurement records are well-organized and up to date.
• Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives and practices within the supply chain process.

• Currently pursuing Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics Management/ Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & Power Point)
• Familiarity with supply chain software would be an added advantage.
