Position Title : Procurement

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM4,500 (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bandar Dato Onn, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, vendor negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation Develop procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards are met Evaluate and approve supplier quotations, contracts, and product specifications for key purchases Monitor and maintain supplier database, establish long-term partnerships with reliable vendors Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and legal requirements Oversee purchasing records, inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Resolve supplier disputes and handle escalated procurement issues efficiently Prepare procurement reports and present cost-saving initiatives to management Mentor and guide junior procurement team members

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in procurement/sourcing (manufacturing/construction industry preferred) Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise effectively with local and overseas suppliers) Leadership skills with experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff will be an advantage
