Teraju Pharma is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Procurement & Logistics Executive

to manage the sourcing, importation, and inbound logistics of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure pharmaceutical products based on hospital or physician requests. Communicate with international suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and product availability. Prepare Purchase Orders and track shipments from supplier to warehouse. Coordinate all inbound logistics, including freight arrangements, customs clearance, and temperature-controlled deliveries. Liaise with freight forwarders, the warehouse team, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate procurement and shipment records for audit and reporting purposes. Any other task given/instruct by your Immediate Supervisor or the Management.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or pharmaceutical operations (preferred). Knowledge of NPRA Special Permit processes is an added advantage. Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgent-response requirements.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
