Develop and manage Local procurement policy and procedure.
Develop and implement local procurement and supplier development strategy.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Meet/achieve all procurement KPI including cost, speed, cash, delivery and risk.
Build strong local supply base to support business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Sourcing and develop local material supplier and subcontractor.
Conducting procurement task such as RFi, RFP, RFQ, cost optimization, price negotiation, e-souring, Leadtime reduction, supplier agreement negotiation and quality management.
Conducting supplier qualification and supplier performance evaluation, item code creation and price book maintenance, review and approve the purchasing requisition.
Support Pre sale team to develop best cost strategy and solution
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
University or College Degree. CPSM or equivalent certificate will be Plus
Good communicator in both written and verbal.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Aggressive & independent.
Problem solver, good at conflict management.
Strong influencing and negotiations behaviors.
Excellent business ethics and integrity.
