Requirements

Preferable with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, interior design, or quantity surveyor. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the Interior Design industry. Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. Great organizational and planning skills. The ability to follow client specifications. Able to read and write in Mandarin as this position required to travel and liaison with China Market.

Responsibility

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, considering factors such as cost savings, quality improvement, and supplier relationship management. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and manage relationships with key vendors. Foster strong partnerships to ensure reliable and consistent supply of goods and services. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Ensure contracts are comprehensive, legally sound, and in line with company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize inventory levels while maintaining product availability. Develop and manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or delivery. Identify potential risks within the supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate disruptions. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues. Continuously review and refine procurement processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive improvements. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
