Job Description

We're hiring a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement team, with a strong focus on the indirect procurement e.g. machinery, spare parts, equipment etc. This role plays a key part in the company's digital transformation journey, including ERP integration and RFQ automation.

• Lead indirect procurement activities, including marketing, machinery, spare parts, and services.
• Manage and develop a procurement team.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and operations, to align procurement strategies.
• Support the company's digital transformation by enhancing procurement processes through ERP.
• Drive the implementation of RFQ automation and digital approval workflows.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and cost-effectiveness in sourcing decisions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations.
• Liaise with cross-site teams to ensure smooth coordination of indirect sourcing.
• Report to senior leadership and contribute to strategic procurement planning.

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, especially in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing for indirect materials: marketing materials, machinery, and spare parts.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital procurement tools.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
