ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of procurement and logistics processes and systems to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services at a reasonable cost.
• Identify potential suppliers, conduct vendor interviews, negotiate agreements, and manage contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement policies with organizational needs and best practices.
• Ensure procurement operations comply with health, safety, and environmental policies for staff and visitor well-being.
• Establish and update purchasing policies and guidelines as needed.

People / Relationship Management:

• Lead and develop high-performing purchasing and cost estimating teams to achieve objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish departmental objectives and assess direct reports\' performance against KPIs.
• Provide reports on target achievements and recommend necessary actions.
• Stay informed of market trends impacting supply and demand for products and materials, and communicate any potential impact to relevant parties.
