Open Position: Procurement Manager (Leading Manufacturing Company)

A leading manufacturing company is looking for Procurement Manager to be based in Selangor.

Key requirements include:

Oversee company\xe2\x80\x99s supply chain management, procurement operations and cost saving exercises across the plants.

\xc2\xb7
Take up the whole process of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory, logistics including shipping and distribution.

\xc2\xb7
Work with internal stakeholders to understand the dynamics of production requirement in terms of supply and prices.

\xc2\xb7
Monitor and forecast prices of core raw materials and manage contracts including negotiation and suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 performance evaluation.

Maintain relationships with key suppliers.

\xc2\xb7
Deliver cost savings strategies.

\xc2\xb7
Lead implementation of ERP.

\xc2\xb7
More than 5 years of working experience as Manager in a sizable manufacturing company.

\xc2\xb7
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.

\xc2\xb7
Good written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

\xc2\xb7
Well versed with custom procedures and shipment process.

\xc2\xb7
Always aware of world oil prices and forex trends.

\xc2\xb7
Good experience in ERP system.

\xc2\xb7
Experienced in procuring commodity products.
