If you are looking for opportunities to make your mark, shape and actively contribute to transformational change in procurement, then you should join our team!Get to Know the RoleReporting to the Regional Head of Category, we are looking for a Category Manager to help lead the Professional Services and Contingent Labour category in Grab.This role is based onsite in our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will assess opportunities and shape the category sourcing strategies for Professional Services and Contingent Labour.
• You will create business cases and cost/benefit analyses to support optimization and efficiency opportunities.
• You will present complex category and commodity operational/financial data to stakeholders and executives.
• You will build relationships with key business stakeholders to gather category requirements and specifications.
• You will own the supplier management process, including sourcing, selection, evaluation, and contract management for Professional Services and Contingent Labour categories.
• You will maintain a strong awareness of the category by investigating new supply markets and assessing capabilities.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• Degree in any Supply Chain, Business Management or any relevant study.
• At least 5 or more years of experience in leading or managing within the Professional Services and Contingent Labour categories
• Experience in working with Manage Service provider and Business Process Outsourcing provider is a plus
• Absolute integrity in managing the supplier relationship, avoiding real and perceived conflicts of interests
• Team player and able to work with teams to deliver collective goals.
