Procurement ManagerKapar, Klang up to RM 15,000 Role Objectives * Efficient Procurement PR, PO, expediting Management * Liaise with appropriate procurement lead to confirm prices to supplies * Manage procurement master data creation based Procurement Manager Kapar, Klang up to RM 15,000 Role Objectives Efficient Procurement PR, PO, expediting Management Liaise with appropriate procurement lead to confirm prices to supplies Manage procurement master data creation based on regional guidelines and (part numbers and new vendors) Coordinate freight arrangements Submit accurate reports as per agreed reporting schedule Communicate effectively with internal customers and suppliers Support audit and drive Sustainable Supply Chain efforts and requirements Own the resolution of issues identified, escalate as per defined path, follow up and close issues in timely manner Active support to continues improvement plan (systems and processes) Carry out duties as and when directed by the management KRA\'s and Key measures of success Achieve continues improvements PR/PO Processing Target Achieved DIFOT targets met Successful Implementation of Digital Procurement initiatives Reduced Manual non Value Added Activities Governance Adherence to governance/ policy/ procedure Exceed Sustainable Supply Chain targets Procurement development Internal customer satisfaction: Service Level Agreement in place and targets exceeded. To comply with local legal and company Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) policies, rules, procedure, regulations and participate and contribute towards improving OHSE practices. Take up additional safety accountability where applicable e.g safety audit leader, contract supervisor, etc.
