Job Description

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma/Certificate in procurement, business administration or related field;
• Fresh graduate
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and with a high level of resilience
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, process oriented and mastery of current office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proven organizational skills and ability to take initiative, prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.

Responsibilities

Enquiry and Order

• Understand and able to manage different brands and products (agency product).
• Assisting in proposing equivalence brand to internal and external customer.
• Able to recognise local distributor as optional for urgent stock.
• Assisting in reviewing, comparing and analysing products to be purchased.
• Purchase Order/Sales Order processing and stock arrangement to warehouse.
• Proceed receiving for direct arrangement stock (not involving warehouse).
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data - inclusive documentation and filing.
• Maintain and update internal and external customer on supplier information, product range and estimated time arrival (ETA) accurately.

Stock Planning and Stock Ageing

• Assist in preparing stock planning file according to company monthly sell out.
• Be alert on slow moving stock at every branches.

Shipment

• Assist in arranging shipment from overseas based on incoterm by every Principle.
• Assist in managing and comparing forwarding agent best freight rates.

Team Work

• Liaising with logistic for local transport/delivery arrangement (branches, supplier and customer).
• Liaising with indoor and branches on enquiries and order ETA.
