• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the Unibis system, including documentation and vendor queries.
• Collaborate with Operations Head and Finance for approvals and clarifications on requests.
• Maintain a clean PO database and track spending and payments to vendors.
• Manage an invoice tracker and initiate corrective actions for reconciliation issues.
• Create and submit journal entries using prescribed templates and maintain related documentation.
• Support internal and external audits while adhering to Key Performance Indicators and undertaking ad-hoc projects as needed.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed

• Minimum 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Procurement field.
• Finance background is preferred.
• Detail oriented person and well in communication.
