Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 To formulate procurement objectives and goals to ensure every goods and services purchased are of highest quality, lowest cost and shortest delivery schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure smooth implementation of purchasing activities from requisition; invitation to bid; supplier evaluation and selection; award of purchase order to delivery of goods and services. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor and planning real estate development projects through liaising with authorities and agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare project cash flow and related administrative matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 To counter check goods and services delivered are of correct specifications, quantity and quality standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 To evaluate and monitoring of supplier\xe2\x80\x99s performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 All purchasing records are properly documented and stored. Qualifications and Experience Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering; Building; Quantity Surveying; Planning; Business Administration or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5 years working experience in procurement environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and negotiation skills.
