Responsibilities
Handle company inventory and outlet report
Handling recruitment on selected websites
Preparing staff duty roster monthly
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Perform data entry
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Maintain up-to-date employee handbook and treatment SOP
Ordering retail product through supplier
Knowledge in handling social media is advantage
Issue any memo related to product, retail and treatment SOP
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
