About the job

We are looking for a procurement P2P support located in Kuala Lumpur to support the IKEA stores and shopping centres in the Southeast Asian region with the implementation of the Procure to Pay (P2P)

Your assignment

You will secure the P2P reports are up to date and actively working to improve and develop the results. An important part of your role is to build trustful relations with stakeholders and users to achieve the best solutions. With the stakeholders, you will ensure all contracts are uploaded to the P2P module, analyse finance spending files with the P2P reports, and work on the action plans.

Your profile

You have a business administration/economics degree and development and/or sourcing experience. We appreciate your integrity, honesty and reliability in interpersonal relations, business mindset and openness to change.

• Fast Learner with a basic understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) system
• Understanding of financial reports
• Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office applications
• Good analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with people in an International Environment
• Ability to manage many things simultaneously and easily shift perspective from detailed to a high level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
