Job Requirements:




Minimum

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Procurement

or related field.

1-2 years of working experience

in procurement, purchasing or supply chain (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of

procurement processes

, sourcing, and vendor management. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

and basic data entry. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scopes:




Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines. Prepare and issue

Purchase Orders (PO)

to suppliers. Obtain and compare

quotations

from different vendors to ensure best value. Follow up with suppliers to ensure

on-time delivery

of goods and services.
Any other duties assigned by the Procurement Manager/Supervisor.

Salary Range: From RM1, 800
