- Posses Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Technology/Construction Management or Diploma/Certificate in other related disciplines.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and have the ability to meet deadlines.
- Must posses a valid driving license and own transportation.
- Good communication skill and good teamwork skills.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Printing, copying and filing.
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
- Assist Assistant Project Manager schedule shifts for our drivers and warehouse staff
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Provide information to Assistant Project Manager about the status of their orders
