Procurement / Purchasing

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms. Prepare purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases. Coordinate with internal departments to identify material requirements and monitor stock levels. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues. Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for procurement-related activities.

QEMR (Quality, Environment, Management & Regulatory)

Maintain and update QEMR documentation in line with ISO and company standards. Support the preparation and coordination of internal and external QEMR audits. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems. Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit findings. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to QEMR and operational processes. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure QEMR objectives and targets are met. Maintain records related to quality, environmental, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or related field. At least 2-4 years of experience in procurement and/or QEMR or ISO documentation. Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related management systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
