Procurement Buyer

What you'll do:

Handle day-to-day purchasing by converting requisitions into accurate orders, maintaining supplier catalogues, resolving PO issues, and ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain/Business or related, 2+ years' experience in procurement/finance/compliance, familiar with SAP Ariba or similar, detail-oriented with strong system skills.

Manager, Tactical Sourcing

What you'll do:

Lead sourcing activities, manage spot buys, ensure policy compliance, and support strategic sourcing in larger projects. Drive savings, supplier consolidation, and system enhancements.

Requirements:

Degree in Business/Finance, 4-5 years' experience in sourcing/procurement, hands-on experience with RFQs/spot buys, familiar with sourcing tools (Ariba, Coupa), strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Contract Admin & Helpdesk Executive

What you'll do:

Manage contract records, support supplier onboarding, assist with procurement tenders, and provide helpdesk support on procurement policies and systems.

Requirements:

Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Finance/Supply Chain, 3+ years' experience in contract or procurement support, knowledge of Ariba/Ivalua/SAP, strong communication and process skills, detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
