Job Details:

Position : Sourcing Lead - Facilities and Engineered Equipment

Company Industry : Oil & Gas (HR Shared Service)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 11AM - 8PM

Working Location : Tower 5, Avenue 7, The Horizon, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Working Arrangement : Hybrid (60/40).

Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY(renewal)

Remuneration : Salary RM8,000 - RM13,000 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline and / or related field
• Has minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of practical and application in End to End sourcing and contracting of services and commodities
• Strong commercial acumen and communication (oral and written English language) skills - handle ASPAC region
• Proven knowledge and relevant minimum two (2) to three (3) years of experience in the Facilities and Engineered equipment category or any related categories.
• Deep experience within the oil and gas industry
• Good stakeholder management skills managing Global Stakeholders
• Experience working in a large and multi-cultural team
• Good influencing and negotiation skills, as well as proven leadership behaviors
• Ability to work on shift hours
• Familiarity with Ariba, Salesforce, SAP experience.
• Able to start in short notice
• Open only for Malaysian

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sourcing Lead will support/manage end-to-end Sourcing and Contracting projects as per business request, inclusive but not limited to the following activities: * Case Management

• Sourcing Strategy
• Supplier Prequalification
• Event Management
• Contracting
• Contract Operationalization
