Job Details:

Position : Sourcing Transition Support

Company Industry : Aviation MRO

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0800 hour to 1730)

Working Location : Nearby Subang Airport

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Basic range from RM2,500 - RM3,500 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Degree or Diploma in Supply chain, admin, management or equivalent
• 2-3 experience in procurement sourcing.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Ability in ERP (SAP OASIS / Oracle).
• Experience/ knowledge in an Aviation companies\' market will be a differential
• Communicate effectively with cross functional teams and demonstrate leadership to resolve complex operational issue impacting sourcing.

JOB ROLE

• Negotiate terms and conditions and payment terms accordingly
• Develop and maintain commodity sourcing team operating rhythm for key deliverables such as equipment cost, fulfillment and supplier performance.
• Support all sourcing functions including- project procurement, procurement RFQ, procurement & supplier quality and effectively manage the request TAT and own responsibility over quote and PO accuracy
• Support project procurement reporting for procurement plan, weekly progress report, RFQ issuance / status progress reports, uploading / comparing the quote etc.
• Excellent negotiation skills, experience in the function of sourcing, coordinating communication with project core team members (Engineering, Facility, Logistic, Project management team etc.) that located locally and/or globally
• Understanding contract and ensuring compliance with all the contract requirement such as penalties clause, shipment, tax, payment term, invoicing term, etc.
• Maintain data repository of historical quote and communication in sourcing support central workflow as and when required
• Perform supplier due diligent and supplier registration into Oracle Cloud system
