Job Description

Working Hour: NORMAL (Monday - Friday)
Location: Menara TM - Bangsar South

1. Responsible for subcontractor management, including but not limited to looking for new subcontractor, negotiate with subcontractor, arrange meeting with subcontractor, and so on?

2. Assist the project team in dealing with the problem/matter of subcontractor make sure the project be finished on time?

3. Work with the project team to ensure the timely availability of subcontractor according to schedules.

4. Conduct site visit and checking for subcontractor;

5. Ensure procurement processes comply with relevant local legislation and safety regulations.

6. Handle subcontractors' PO and payment status;

7. Prepare reporting work regularly and complete other works assigned by superiors

Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree in any field

2. Two (2) years or more working experience in Telecommunication industry/construction industry/civil engineering

3. Good communication skills and able to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.

4. Sub contrsctor sourcing and manage, must have the sub con source experience

5. Projects manager with good sub con contact can consider

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
