It starts with YOU.Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:Execute regional category strategy & implementation plan created by regional category lead.Deliver country procurement financial commitment (cost, cash and sustainability).Manage, track, and report on category cost, sourcing initiatives & results.Provide input to regional category strategy based on market dynamics, supplier landscape, business needs within focus area.Support regional sourcing events and lead local sourcing events (Negotiation/ RFP- Competitive Bidding)Support execution of category strategic initiatives.Lead local supplier selection criteria including supplier performance evaluation with country key stakeholders.Support ongoing development of the category strategy via collecting input from Regional Category Managers, conducting analyses on market trends, etc.Support in the creation and maintenance of category knowledge and processes to ensure the category strategies are informed, relevant and up to date.Engage with business partners for understanding business needs and engage suppliers to build required capability and capacity to support the business needs.Engage in VSM (Value Stream Mapping) programs and lead procurement contribution.Drive the innovation process along with the Mill operation, engineering, F&A and with suppliers.Build trust and credibility with suppliers by demonstrating integrities - social compliance, supplier side code of conduct.Maintain an effective business relationship with all suppliers and stakeholders based on clear, concise group and personal communication.Implementation of global and local procurement principles and the application of standardized procurement processes and systems.Develop and Ensure Procurement Sourcing Summary (PSS) for spending \xe2\x89\xa5 US$10,000 USDEnsure procurement process and practices align with K-C Compliance and be proven record for audit purpose.Ensure contract in place for Engineering Project upon requirement.About UsHuggies. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Essential Requirements:Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution in business, supply chain or related discipline5 years of experience in Procurement, preferred experience in the Indirect Mill (manufacturing) category management.Strategic category management/ Supplier Relationship Management/ Customer Relationship management Competitive Bidding in Coupa/ SAP (Ariba)/ Financial basic.Business acumen, excellent communication skills in English (Both written and oral) able to communicate up and across the organization, cross functional collaboration & influencing, project management, analytical, problem solving, Functional and Technical awareness, Manage Vision and Purpose.Ability to work independently in a heavily matrixed organization.Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.Total BenefitsHere are just a few of the benefits youd enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark.
